1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdbad platform — including the website at bdbad.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all products and services offered therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bdbad. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the bdbad platform. Continued use of any bdbad service following publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

bdbad reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bdbad will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

1.1 Supplementary Policies

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the bdbad Privacy Policy, the bdbad Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform. Where those documents conflict with these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

1.2 Platform Availability

bdbad makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that accessing and using bdbad is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before creating an account or depositing funds.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bdbad platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account with bdbad, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account suspended immediately, all wagers placed will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification of ownership.

To be eligible to hold an active bdbad account, you must also satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing and using bdbad on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on the bdbad platform or on any other gambling platform whose self-exclusion obligations extend to bdbad.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdbad or any of its affiliated game-supplier partners.
• You have not previously had a bdbad account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Age Verification

bdbad conducts age and identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Where bdbad has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, bdbad may suspend that player's account and withhold funds pending satisfactory verification. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an official Bangladesh government authority.

2.2 Underage Access Prevention

bdbad employs technical and procedural controls designed to prevent underage access to the platform. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access bdbad, please contact [email protected] immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money products on bdbad, you must complete the account registration process via the bdbad Login page and provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. bdbad reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the information provided at registration at any time.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide your true full legal name, a valid and current mobile number, a valid email address, and accurate date of birth at the point of registration. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held on the account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may register and maintain only one bdbad account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where bdbad identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, bdbad reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void all outstanding balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdbad account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted via your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact bdbad support at [email protected] immediately and change your password via the account settings panel accessible after bdbad Login.

3.4 Account Currency

All bdbad accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Taka is the sole account currency; there are no multi-currency accounts and no currency conversion features within the bdbad platform. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdbad supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local and international payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on bdbad is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bdbad reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming considerations apply.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the player's bdbad account within approximately 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via other channels may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant bank or payment provider. bdbad is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal amount on bdbad is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. bdbad does not charge a transaction fee on any withdrawal. The amount requested is the amount disbursed to the player's nominated payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. bdbad is not responsible for delays once funds have been dispatched to the player's payment method.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, bdbad may require you to complete identity verification including submission of a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) or passport. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or bank account registered in the same name as the bdbad account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Where a bonus has been credited to an account, specific wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of the bonus amount or associated winnings can be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdbad may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bdbad are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal of funds derived from the bonus can be requested. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the offer is published.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. bdbad reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously held a bdbad account that was suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for any promotional offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any strategy, betting pattern, or coordinated activity that bdbad reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — may result in the cancellation of all bonus amounts, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent suspension of the player's account. bdbad's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account balance. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances. Players should review the specific terms of each promotion before accepting a bonus offer.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdbad platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions you make on the bdbad platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbad platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering — using bdbad as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or convert the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing information to influence live betting markets.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the bdbad platform, place bets, or conduct research at a rate or volume that a human player could not reasonably replicate.
• Exploitation of technical errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Bonus abuse — as defined in Section 5.3 of these Terms & Conditions.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to a bdbad account without first contacting bdbad support and allowing bdbad a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your bdbad account, or accessing or using another person's bdbad account.

6.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the bdbad platform responsibly and in accordance with the guidelines set out in the bdbad Responsible Gaming Policy. You acknowledge that bdbad's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — are available to you at all times via the account settings panel after bdbad Login, and you are encouraged to use them if you have concerns about your gambling behaviour.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdbad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 6.1.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of a mental health condition that may render continued gambling harmful to the player.
• A valid legal or regulatory instruction to suspend the account.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bdbad account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and identity verification requirements being satisfied.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the bdbad platform may do so via the responsible gaming controls in the account settings panel, or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods begin at a minimum of six months and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. bdbad takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will act on them without delay. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bdbad may apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month dormancy period. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied. Account holders wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbad and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and game-supplier partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bdbad platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the player.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access for maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond bdbad's reasonable control.
• Errors in game display, odds presentation, or payout calculation resulting from third-party software malfunctions, where bdbad rectifies the error as soon as it is identified.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data by a third party, where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or other payment intermediary.

8.1 Platform Availability

bdbad endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practicable. bdbad shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, including losses arising from the inability to place, amend, or cash out a wager during a maintenance period.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on bdbad are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. bdbad acts as a platform operator and does not control the underlying game software. bdbad's liability in relation to third-party game outcomes is limited to ensuring that all credited wins and processed settlements reflect the outcomes confirmed by the relevant game provider's server-side result records.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the bdbad platform that cannot be resolved through bdbad's standard customer support process should be raised formally by contacting [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. bdbad will endeavour to respond to formal dispute notifications within five business days.
